We do not ask for sensitive information, and we ask that you do not include it in forms or messages to us.

We collect personal information directly from you when you complete a quiz, fill in a form, book a session, subscribe to our updates, or contact us by email, phone or video call. We also collect some information automatically when you visit our website. Where we receive information about you from someone else, such as a colleague or a professional network, we will take reasonable steps to make you aware of it.

We use personal information to:

•       respond to your enquiries and provide the services you request;

•       send you your quiz results, summaries or the workshop overview where you have asked for them;

•       schedule and deliver calls, sessions, workshops and reports;

•       understand how people use our quizzes and website so we can improve them;

5. Marketing communications

We will only send you marketing emails with your consent, which you can give by ticking a consent box, subscribing, or otherwise clearly agreeing. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can also unsubscribe at any time by emailing us at bruce@fitstrategy.com.au. We will act on unsubscribe requests promptly.

6. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, and only as needed for them to do so. These currently include:

•       our quiz and form platform (involve.me);

•       our scheduling tool (Calendly);

•       our email or newsletter platform (Google & Linked In);

•       video conferencing providers (Zoom);

•       our website hosting and analytics providers (Square Space).

We may also disclose personal information where required or authorised by law, or with your consent.

7. Overseas disclosure

Some of our service providers store or process information outside Australia, including in [the United States or the European Union]. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure the provider handles your information in a way that is consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.
