Bruce McKaskill is the Founder/Principal of Fit Strategy, a senior advisory consultancy working with purpose-led organisations to manage growth, reduce risk, and strengthen long-term impact.
For more than two decades, Bruce has advised organisations across Australia on growth strategy, partnerships, and revenue resilience, helping position Fit as one of the country’s most enduring independent consultancies in the impact sector.
With deep experience in for-purpose, public, and mission-led organisations, Bruce brings a rare combination of strategic, commercial, and governance capability. His work sits at the intersection of growth, decision-making, and accountability, particularly where complexity, funding pressure, or emerging risk is present.
Bruce holds a Master in Entrepreneurship & Innovation (Swinburne UT), is a certified Business Coach, a certified AI Risk & Governance Advisor, and a Fellow of the Australian Marketing Institute.
